By accessing or using the Loyal Labs website, mobile application, or any of our services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Loyal Labs provides research-grade peptide compounds and related products intended for veterinary use in dogs and cats ("Products"). Our Products are:

• Intended for use only in dogs and cats
• Not FDA-approved treatments or medications
• Supported by published scientific research
• Manufactured in FDA-registered facilities

We recommend consulting with your veterinarian before starting any new protocol for your pet, especially if your pet has existing health conditions or is on medication.

To purchase Products or access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase Products.

When you place an order, you agree to pay the prices listed plus any applicable shipping costs and taxes. All prices are in US dollars.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your complete payment information on our servers.

We ship to addresses within the United States only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of our Products, please ensure someone is available to receive and refrigerate your order upon delivery.

Due to the nature of our Products and their storage requirements, we can only accept returns of unopened, properly stored Products within 30 days of delivery. Contact our support team to initiate a return.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned Products.

All content on our Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Loyal Labs or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOYAL LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loyal Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our Services or Products, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
